The Skyborne Private Pilot Certification Course will include 35 flying hours and 66 hours of theory training at our Florida campus.

ENTRY Requirements

You must hold as a minimum:

  • U.S. Passport, Permanent Resident, Green Card or M1 Visa. Green Card and M1 visa holders must register with the TSA at Refer to the TSA Guide for Green Card Holders for assistance.
  • FAA 1st Class Medical recommended
  • FAA Student Pilot Certificate
  • Proof of Education – Applicants must possess an education level equivalent to a U.S. High School diploma or higher. Education not obtained in the U.S. or at an IBO school must be certified as equivalent to a U.S. High School diploma. This can be done through a member of NACES at International education documents must be submitted in English or translated and certified.


The fee for this course is $15,540.
FAA written test fee, self-examining flight and oral check is included.
Pilot indoc, accommodation, background check, uniform and equipment – additional fees apply.
